Common fixes
My custom avatar won't load
Personalized heroes are generated after purchase and can take a little while. Force-quit and reopen the app first. If it still hasn't appeared, email the address on your account and it can be checked and re-run directly.
My progress or level looks wrong
Email straight away with what you saw and roughly when. Earned XP and levels are not supposed to move backwards, so this gets treated as urgent.
Restoring a purchase on a new device
Sign in with the same account, open Premium, and choose Restore. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple subscription settings.
A guild invite won't open
Invites last seven days and work once. Install Questify first, then tap the link again. If the seat was taken, ask the owner to send a fresh invite.
Deleting your account
Settings has a delete option that removes your account and its images. It is permanent and it is not reversible.
Feature requests and bugs
Genuinely wanted. Several things in the app exist because a user emailed about them. Same address.
Questify runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later. Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not through us, so cancelling there stops billing immediately at the end of the period.
